Banana & chocolate protein pancakes

Just a quick post for you fitness people. Iv been working on some protein packed recipes lately and will be sharing them with you. So why not try out my first protein packed recipe to help you kick start you AM workout.

Recipe:

1 X Large Banana
100g Fat Free Natural Yoghurt

60g Protein of your choosing ( I use Unflavored 93% Pulsin and beyond Whey Protein )

50g Organic Rolled Oats 

10g Faitrade organic Raw Cacao Powder Unsweerend

15g Extra Virgin Coconut oil

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Cinnamon powder

1 Whole Egg

1 Egg White
Method:
1: Start of with mashing up your banana with a fork in a large bowl until you have a smooth purée. 
2: Add to that the yogurt, eggs and coconut oil and mix well with a whisk. 
3: Place all of your dry ingredients into the wet mixture and combine well until lump free. 
4: Warm up a non stick frying pan on medium/low heat and place a ladle full of pancake mixture into the center of the pan. Allow to cook for 1-2mins then flip over and leave for 30-40sec to finish off cooking, then repeat for the rest of the mixture.

Mixture of Berries 
Fat Free Natural Yogurt

Organic Agave Nectar 

Raw Almond Butter
